Before Your Visit

All of our dentists pride themselves on providing thorough, individualized care for all of our patients. To ensure appropriate treatment, we require our patients to complete new patient forms prior to your first appointment. If you do not have login information, please call 856.983.7732 and we will be happy to give it to you.

Payment Information

Our staff will submit your dental claim to your insurance company electronically. You are responsible for payment of co-insurance, co-payment, or full payment if you do not have insurance. Payment is due on the day of service.

For your convenience, we accept several options for payment. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are all acceptable. If financing options are needed, get treatment today and pay over time with the Wells Fargo Health Advantage® credit card, issued with approved credit by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
